This role is for an Overnight Inbound Expert at Target, responsible for stocking merchandise, managing inventory, and ensuring product availability on the sales floor. It involves guest service, operational efficiency, and physical tasks related to handling and moving merchandise. What you'd actually do

  2. Execute a detailed, accurate and efficient sorting operation.
  3. Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on sales floor.
  4. Maintain product availability on the salesfloor for GM categories.
  5. If certified, operate powered equipment as necessary while unloading freight or moving merchandise.

Skills

Required

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
  • Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed

  • Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting, carrying, and moving merchandise up to 44 pounds throughout the duration of a shift without additional assistance from others.   • Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays); come to work when scheduled, work scheduled shifts and take required meal and rest breaks
  • Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc.
  • Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary)
