Rivian is seeking an Owner Loyalty Advisor to build relationships with prospective customers, grow the Rivian community and brand, and drive sales. The role involves owning the customer relationship from lead qualification to purchase, providing personalized experiences through various communication channels, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include guiding customers through the purchase and delivery journey, managing a sales pipeline, ensuring best-in-class customer experiences, and staying updated on the competitive landscape. The role requires a strong customer-first mindset, sales experience, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.

What you'd actually do

  1. Maintain a strong customer-first mindset while confidently guiding customers through the entire journey—from purchase to delivery—to ensure every customer feels supported, informed, and inspired throughout their Rivian experience
  2. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and other key performance indicators such as pipeline management, sales conversion, take rate on trade-ins and financial solutions, customer satisfaction and NPS
  3. Provide outbound follow-up to qualifying leads and progress through the sales funnel
  4. Ensure customer experience is best-in-class: authentic, engaging, educational and aligned with Rivian’s core values and culture
  5. Engage and qualify Rivian customers and identify their unique needs to create personalized and memorable experiences that drive conversion and customer satisfaction

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of sales, retail, customer service or hospitality experience at a top tier, premium brand
  • Proven track record in a high-velocity sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, in a commission-based environment
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to support customers on nights, weekends and/or holidays

Nice to have

  • Experience in a call center environment preferred but not required
  • direct to consumer, auto and or EV a plus
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Comfortable operating large, high performance vehicles and conducting demo drives with customers
  • Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently
  • Maintain a positive, upbeat and can-do attitude at all time
  • Ability to obtain and maintain local sales licenses if applicable in your state/province
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for events to active sales activities
