This role provides administrative and coordination support for an Owner Supply team, focusing on tracking, stakeholder alignment, and task completion within a ship construction schedule. Responsibilities include data accuracy, meeting management, project support, and coordinating deliveries. Experience in administrative, coordination, or project environments, particularly in ship building, is beneficial.

What you'd actually do

  1. Maintain and update Owner Supply tracking tools (e.g. Smartsheet)
  2. Prepare, schedule, and lead coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  3. Take ownership of assigned scope and drive them to completion
  4. Support planning and coordination of deliveries on board
  5. Proactively follow up on open topics with stakeholders

Required

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
  • Ability to manage multiple topics and deadlines in parallel
  • Confidence to lead meetings and follow up with stakeholders
  • Clear communication skills in English and German
  • Confident use of tools, like MS Office, Smartsheet, AMOS

Nice to have
