Lead large-scale finance transformation programs focused on technology and data, managing teams and stakeholders to drive innovation and efficiency in planning, forecasting, and data centralization.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, technology-enabled programs for P&A, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic goals.
  2. Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a culture of innovation.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Finance and Technology.
  4. Oversee project planning, requirements gathering, design, testing, and implementation for projects related to cloud migration, data centralization, and adoption of platforms like Databricks.
  5. Apply finance domain knowledge to drive clarity on finance requirements (planning, forecasting, close, controls, reporting, reconciliations), data definitions, and key metrics—ensuring solutions are fit-for-purpose and auditable where needed.
