What you'd actually do

  1. Own the technical agenda for the Device Assembly and Packaging product or validation process.
  2. Mentor TSMS process team members, technical mentor for scientists, and other disciplines
  3. Support the Device Assembly and Packaging Process Teams as TSMS representative.
  4. Serve as floor-level support and technical interface for device components, packaging components, equipment, and operations for the TSMS team.
  5. Represent Alzey TSMS team for internal and external communications on a regular basis

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, packaging science, or related field
  • 4+ years experience in a manufacturing organization focusing on packaging

Nice to have

  • Pharmaceutical and/or medical device and Packaging manufacturing experience
  • Root Cause Investigation Experience
  • Proficiency with computer systems including Microsoft Office products, Veeva Vault, TrackWise, electronic batch records, and SAP
  • Demonstrated successful leadership of cross-functional teams
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Strong self-management and organizational skills
  • English and German language proficiency
