Paid Search Specialist

This role is for a Paid Search Specialist who will execute and manage paid search campaigns globally, focusing on driving intent-based pipeline. The role requires hands-on execution, understanding how search fundamentals translate to emerging AI platforms and the broader Google ecosystem, and using data to uncover insights and optimize performance. The candidate will also lead experimentation and CRO efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams. While the company uses AI and the role needs to understand emerging AI platforms, the core function is paid search marketing, not building AI models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Execute the Global SEM Strategy: You will build, launch, and manage all paid search campaigns across our major global regions. You’ll ensure our brand is visible to the right people at the right time to drive high-quality leads and pipeline.
  2. Master Emerging Search Platforms: You will stay at the forefront of the industry, identifying how search fundamentals (headlines, keywords, and intent-based targeting) translate to new platforms like ChatGPT, AI-driven search engines, and other emerging channels.
  3. Proactive Roadmap Management: You won’t wait for a to-do list. You will identify new growth opportunities, create your own project plans, and propose experimental tactics that support our high-level digital goals.
  4. Uncover Insights with Data: You will dive deep into our data stack (Sigma, GA4, and Salesforce) to understand performance trends. You’ll explain the "why" behind the numbers and implement the tactical shifts to solve problems or scale wins.
  5. Continuous Experimentation & CRO: You will lead a rigorous testing program to improve performance across the entire search funnel. This includes A/B testing ad copy and bidding strategies, as well as partnering with Web and Content teams to lead and own landing page experimentation and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to ensure we are maximizing every dollar spent

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of dedicated PPC/SEM experience
  • Hands-on experience managing large-scale, global accounts in a B2B SaaS environment
