Oura is seeking a Paid Search Specialist to execute and optimize global paid search programs across Google Ads, YouTube, and related platforms. The role involves campaign setup, optimization, testing, and performance analysis, with a focus on driving customer acquisition through search platforms. Responsibilities include managing keyword strategy, bidding, budgets, audience layering, and campaign structure, as well as supporting structured testing and reporting on key metrics.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, and other search platforms.
  2. Manage keyword strategy, bidding, budgets, audience layering, and campaign structure to drive efficient growth.
  3. Monitor performance and implement weekly optimizations through bidding, SQR, keyword expansion and exclusion, negative keyword management, and ad strength improvements.
  4. Support structured testing across bidding strategies, audiences, creative variations, ad copy, and landing pages.
  5. Translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations for both media and regional stakeholders in weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.

Skills

Required

  • 2-3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search and YouTube campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of modern search account structure, keyword strategy, bidding models, and performance optimization.
  • Experience running performance-focused paid search ads for omnichannel consumer brands.
  • Comfort analyzing data and translating performance metrics into optimization actions.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable operating in-platform daily.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
