岗位内容：
- 该岗位将从事机构件，大小件喷漆工作。
- 了解喷漆知识，能够处理工作中异常问题。
- 在相关人员指导下完成各类工作。
- 严格按照计划实施生产、提高工作效率。
- 对在线质量进行检查和控制，I执行IPV、OPM。
- 严格执行岗位个人防护品(PPE)的穿戴规定。
岗位要求：
- 初中及以上学历，有 1–2 年喷涂经验。
2.熟练使用喷枪、调漆工具，能进行底漆、面漆喷涂操作，能够操作喷漆机器人者优先。
- 具备良好的外观质量意识，能识别和避免漏喷、流挂、颗粒、橘皮等缺陷。
4.能适应喷房环境及倒班。
