Painter I is responsible for applying protective coatings to the surfaces of manufactured parts, ensuring compliance with customer specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Plex system to determine product and procedure accuracy
- Use of pneumatic tools, including grinders, air ratchet, impact gun and rivet gun
- Complete daily production and usage logs according to process guidelines
- Prepare product for paint process
- Complete prime and paint procedure according to designated work instructions
- Perform daily housekeeping, preventive maintenance and safety procedures as directed
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to utilize all required PPE, including respirator or mask
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to perform repetitive operations
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

- Ability to work as part of a team and undergo cross-training
- Effective communications skills
- Capable of completing documentation
*** Hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift. All training will be on 1st shift for up to 2 months before moving to hired shift.**

Summary Pay Range:
$22.50 - $29.20
