This role involves performing various types of paint surface repair work on the paint line with high quality requirements. Responsibilities include participating in pre-shift process improvement discussions, adhering to safety and PPE regulations, identifying production issues and risks, completing training, applying CPS and 6 Sigma knowledge, following standardized work procedures, cooperating with quality management on root cause analysis, completing production according to schedule, reporting production interruptions, performing 5S and TPM, and focusing on cost savings. The role requires integrity, good communication, responsibility, teamwork, a technical secondary school education or above in surface treatment or chemistry, experience with electroplating or surface treatment, familiarity with manual or automatic spray painting equipment, normal color vision, and good safety and quality awareness.

What you'd actually do

  1. In the spray paint line, perform various types of paint surface repair work, with high quality requirements for the workpiece (Grade A).
  2. Participate in pre-shift process improvement dialogues, actively propose problems and suggestions found in production, and carefully listen to all requirements from the supervisor.
  3. Strictly implement the wearing regulations for post PPE, and strictly abide by all safety regulations to avoid safety injury accidents.
  4. Actively discover problems and risks in the production process, and actively submit continuous improvement suggestion cards.
  5. Complete all training required by the company on time, and independently complete other training beneficial to the work.
