  3. By actively listening, you’ll uncover personal or business goals and pair them with the right digital tools or banking solutions to help them succeed.
  4. Greeting customers and ensuring no one ever feels like just a 'number.'
  5. Maintain a 'compliance-first' mindset, ensuring all security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory standards are met with precision to keep our customers' assets safe.

Skills

Required

  • High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
  • At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience
  • At least 6 months of cash handling experience
