Part-time Executive Assistant to support Cohere's leadership team in Korea. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, and assisting with special projects. Requires native Korean and fluent English, with 2+ years of EA experience in a fast-paced environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage the day-to-day schedules for our leadership team, including calendaring, booking meetings and other commitments (where necessary) to ensure a balanced and efficient workday
  2. Coordinate internal and external meetings (think 1:1s, board meetings, partner meetings) and assist with documentation that may be required in conjunction with meetings
  3. Arrange international/domestic travel and logistics for our leadership team, including booking flights and accommodations.
  4. Be willing to take on special projects like coordinating team events, off sites or community-building activities
  5. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining a strict level of confidentiality

Skills

Required

  • Native-level Korean
  • Fluent business-level English
  • 2+ years of experience working as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or equivalent experience
  • Experience managing multiple calendars
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience with Slack, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Slides
