Part Time Retail Sales Consultant

This role is for a Part Time Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T. The primary responsibilities include developing and attaining customer experience and sales objectives, selling all company products and services, and handling administrative aspects of sales. The role requires maintaining strong knowledge of products, services, and competitive offers, and providing customer service. It is a commissioned and quota-based position.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and attain customer experience and sales objectives for store.
  2. Sell all products and services offered by the Company.
  3. Meet all sales objectives.
  4. Handle all administrative aspects of the sale including: completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments and filing the completed orders.
  5. Maintain strong knowledge of all products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions and service features.

Skills

Required

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to complete all paperwork completely, accurately, in a timely manner
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax

Nice to have

  • 1-3 years retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred.
