The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company’s regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule YEAR-ROUND.
Your Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Student-Accounting/Finance for JD Finance Division located in Fargo, ND, you will:
- Perform general accounting and auditing activities including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Handle daily accounting activities that occur at a manufacturing facility including month-end closing processes, month-end reconciliation, etc.
- Work on special project assignments such as special analysis, SOX testing internal controls and internal audit testing to meet corporate and SOX compliance requirements.
- Assist with travel and expense report auditing.

What Skills You Need
- Must be registered as a full-time student at a local accredited college/university.
- Ideally you will be pursuing degree in Accounting or Finance; others may apply
- Graduation date of Spring 2027 or later.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Available to work during the academic year 16-20 hours/weekly.
- Available to work during the summer semester 35-40 hours/weekly.
- Must be able to commute to work location in Fargo, North Dakota, on a daily basis year-round.
