The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company’s regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule YEAR-ROUND.
Your Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Student - Cab Engineering for** John Deere Dubuque Works**, located in Dubuque, Iowa, you will
- Provide support and basic troubleshooting for current assembly operations.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement projects for safety, quality, delivery, and cost
- Participate in developmental assignments to gain Manufacturing experience.

What Skills You Need
- Pursuing a degree related to mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or manufacturing technology; others may apply
- Must be registered as a full-time student at a local U.S. accredited college/university
- Graduation date of May 2027 or later
- Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
- Available to work 16-20 hours during the academic year
- Available to work 30-40 hours during the summer semester
- Must be able to commute to the work location in Dubuque, IA on a regular basis
