The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company’s regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule YEAR-ROUND.
Your Responsibilities
As a Part Time Student for Deere & Company World Headquarters located in Des Moines, IA, or Waterloo, IA you will be:
- This individual will be working with the parameter automation team taking detailed business logic, developing script/code to automate the execution of tasks/requests systematically without the intervention of a VE or PA.
This position is not available to students on immigration visas.
What Skills You Need
- Ideally, you will be pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Supply Chain Management or others may apply.
- Python, SQL, VBA, or other code/technology tools.
- Graduation date of Spring 2027 or later.
- Available to work during the academic year (16-20 hours weekly).
- Available to work during the summer semester (30-40 hours weekly).
- Must be registered as a full-time student at a U.S/local accredited university/college
- Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.
- Must be able to commute to the work location in Des Moines, IA or Waterloo, IA on a daily basis. NOTE: Relocation assistance is not provided.
