Partner Acceleration Manager

This role focuses on driving partner-enabled revenue growth for Oracle's State and Local Government and Higher Education business. Responsibilities include managing indirect deals, supporting partner development and go-to-market strategies, coordinating marketing and demand generation activities, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to increase partner productivity and accelerate sales.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage and facilitate the indirect deal process for partner-led opportunities from qualification through close.
  2. Build and maintain strong working relationships with strategic partners in the SLED and Higher Education markets.
  3. Collaborate with marketing teams and partners on joint campaigns, events, and field marketing programs.
  4. Drive pipeline creation through partner engagement, account planning, and opportunity identification.
  5. Serve as a liaison between partners, sales, marketing, operations, and product teams.
