Partner Account Manager

ServiceNow is seeking a Partner Account Manager to drive co-sell and co-delivery initiatives with partners, focusing on accelerating digital transformation and generating new business within a defined territory. The role involves developing go-to-market plans, supporting sales pursuits, and ensuring partners are equipped to deliver successful customer implementations. Success is measured by sales quotas and partner ecosystem growth.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work with ServiceNow partners to produce new business.
  2. Ensure our partners help provide successful projects to customers.
  3. Support joint sales pursuit activities to guide field interlock resulting in "Sourced" NNACV.
  4. Accelerate account growth through joint go-to-market plans in consideration of ServiceNow's four C requirements: Capacity, Capability, Competency, and Customer Success.
  5. Ensure the Partner strategy is following Value Selling (i.e., Value Prompter) and Now Value principles.

Skills

Required

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • Broad-based business and technology expertise with 10+ years in sales or 7+ years in either partner management or consulting
  • Experience driving successful business development activities
  • Experience working with organizations in multiple cities and markets
  • Experience partnering with multiple Sales teams to grow the partner ecosystem in a "win as a team" environment
  • Experience serving as a trusted advisor
