Partner Account Manager for Klaviyo, a marketing automation platform. Focuses on building relationships with marketing agency and systems integrator partners, understanding their business models, and identifying opportunities for Klaviyo to help them grow. Responsibilities include managing partner relationships, articulating Klaviyo's value, driving business development and co-selling, leading co-marketing initiatives, acting as a thought leader, and coaching partners. Requires strong consultative, influencing, and relationship-building skills, with experience in partnerships, sales, or account management within SaaS. The role involves developing technical knowledge of the Klaviyo product and presenting product-led discussions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Become a trusted advisor to the 30 partner relationships you manage with key leaders & decision makers at these orgs + build relationships with those managing front line teams working with Klaviyo.
  2. Develop technical knowledge of the Klaviyo product and understand how your partners can take advance use cases to market
  3. Build and manage a lead referral pipeline with your partner portfolio.
  4. Work to understand a partner’s organization structure and business goals.
  5. Develop a long-term strategy with your partner to help them meet their business goals alongside Klaviyo.

Skills

Required

  • partnerships, sales, or account management experience
  • 3-4 years of SaaS account management, channel and/or sales experience
  • adept at influencing and relationship building
