Partner Account Manager for Klaviyo, a marketing automation platform. This role focuses on building and managing relationships with marketing agency and systems integrator partners, driving business development, co-marketing, and acting as a consultative advisor to help partners grow their business with Klaviyo. The role requires strong consultative, sales, and account management skills, with a focus on revenue generation and product expertise.

What you'd actually do

  1. Become a trusted advisor to the 30 partner relationships you manage with key leaders & decision makers at these orgs + build relationships with those managing front line teams working with Klaviyo.
  2. Develop technical knowledge of the Klaviyo product and understand how your partners can take advance use cases to market
  3. Build and manage a lead referral pipeline with your partner portfolio.
  4. Work to understand a partner’s organization structure and business goals.
  5. Develop a long-term strategy with your partner to help them meet their business goals alongside Klaviyo.

Skills
