This role is a combination of a Field Sales Rep and Inside Sales Rep focused on selling Oracle's product or services to small-and-medium sized accounts within a specific territory. The primary responsibilities include achieving sales profitability and account penetration, identifying and closing new opportunities through various sales techniques, managing the entire sales process, and developing solution proposals by understanding Oracle's offerings and customer needs. The role involves customer site travel, presenting value propositions to C-levels, and managing customer relationships to maximize sales.

What you'd actually do

  1. Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to small-and-medium sized accounts.
  2. Works to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory.
  3. Sells to the territory directly or via partners.
  4. Utilizes inbound and/or outbound techniques to identify, qualify and close new opportunities.
  5. Manages accounts throughout the entire sales process, and collaborates with team members in business development, consulting and support to uncover all customer needs.
