Partner Communications Manager

This role focuses on managing marketing communications with indirect channel partners in Greater China, developing and executing integrated campaigns for Apple products and services. It involves building relationships, identifying market trends, and overseeing fiscal planning to maximize impact.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and nurture strong relationships with both senior leadership and working teams of internal and external partners.
  2. Drive innovative partner communication strategies and amazing partner creative for all Apple products and services.
  3. Identify and develop comprehensive partner media plans and customer journeys for all campaigns, spanning advertising, digital, social, OOH, and partners’ owned in-store and online touch-points.
  4. Lead the strategy and planning for specific products throughout their lifecycles, building synergy across channel partners to maximize impact and output.
  5. Oversee fiscal planning to ensure budgets and resources are allocated to support key Partner Comms initiatives.

Skills

Required

  • Bilingual in Chinese and English
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 10+ years of experience in account management and/or strategy at a creatively-driven agency or in-house marketing communications team
  • Deep understanding of digital and offline platforms in China
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Extensive experience leveraging both digital platforms (social, CRM, e-commerce platforms, content, performance marketing, digital in-store) and physical platforms to deliver the most compelling product experiences throughout the customer journey

  • An eye for great work, seeing potential and nourishing it, with a tremendous ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders to drive that work forward

  • The confidence and emotional intelligence to build rapport, establish credibility and influence across multiple stakeholders in a highly matrix-ed organization
