Partner Deployed Engineer - Apac

Cognition Cognition · Coding AI · Tokyo, Japan · Customer Engineering

This role focuses on enabling Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) to successfully deploy and scale AI software agents (like Devin and Windsurf) for their clients. It involves deep technical work, partner enablement, and ecosystem thinking, acting as a technical representative within partner organizations to help them build repeatable offerings and operationalize the AI platform.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the technical success of GSI partners across onboarding, enablement, and scaled delivery of Devin/Windsurf
  2. Work directly with partner engineering and architecture teams to understand their delivery models, tooling, and customer use cases
  3. Enable partners to build repeatable solutions, accelerators, and reference architectures using Devin/Windsurf
  4. Lead technical trainings, workshops, and deep dives for partner teams (hands-on, not slideware)
  5. Support partner-led customer pilots and early production deployments, stepping in where complexity is highest
