Partner Development Manager - Asean

Snowflake is seeking a Partner Development Manager for the ASEAN region to strategically plan and collaborate with partners and sales teams to drive go-to-market strategies and accelerate revenue. This role focuses on top System Integrator partners, managing their growth, and increasing brand awareness and product adoption through joint marketing activities. The position is quota-driven and requires experience in partnership/alliances, sales, marketing, and business development within the data, cloud, or SaaS space.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and put in place a structure to lead the strategy for top SI in the ASEAN region
  2. Evangelize, enable and develop go-to-market strategies to accelerate your book of business
  3. Increase mindshare of Snowflake with our identified partners Indonesia and Philippines
  4. Manage a portfolio of high performing Systems Integrators to achieve partnership goals including sales quotas, as well as technical and marketing activities
  5. Formulate winning strategies and strategize account engagements with the field to win together

Skills

Required

  • 15+ years of industry experience within partnership/alliances, sales, marketing, business development
  • 5+ years of direct channel sales/management experience within the data, cloud , or SaaS space
  • Ability to design and present business plans, track and articulate program progress, design and document program guidelines for distribution throughout the organization (all levels)
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
  • Ability to engage C suite of the partners, as well as collaborate closely with the sales leadership
