This role is for a Partner Development Manager focused on Snowflake's Data Cloud Products in Korea. The primary responsibility is to drive the growth of strategic data, application, and ISV partners, shaping the future of Snowflake in the region. The role involves developing Go-to-Market (GTM) plans, building executive relationships, driving joint pipeline and revenue growth through co-selling and co-marketing, and acting as a liaison between sales and technical teams. While the company emphasizes AI and the role requires a strong grasp of AI and data partnerships, the core function is partner development and GTM strategy, not direct AI/ML model development or deployment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans with strategic DCP Partners across Korea
  2. Build and maintain strong, executive level relationships with key stakeholders, from sales leadership, alliances, sales and technical teams.
  3. Drive joint pipeline and revenue growth through co-selling, co-marketing initiatives and strategic account mapping.
  4. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the partnerships
  5. Act as the primary liaison between our joint sales and technical teams to equip them with the knowledge, tools and resources needed to effectively co-sell.

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of industry experience with direct sales, closing, partnership/alliances or business development
  • Prior background in a two-sided marketplace or at AI, data vendor/ISV
  • Strong verbal and executive presentation skills
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Proven self-starter with a high degree of initiative
  • Strong foundational knowledge of the cloud ecosystem
  • The ability to measure and report on the success of your business
  • Proven history of working in a matrix environment
