Partner Development Manager - US

This role focuses on building and managing ClickHouse's channel partner program in AMER, driving co-sell initiatives with hyperscalers and resellers, and enabling partner sales teams to generate pipeline and revenue.

What you'd actually do

  1. Execution of day-to-day co-sell between clickHouse and partner field sellers
  2. Recruit, enable and manage resellers, system integrators (regional and global), OEM and MSP partners
  3. Ensure that any strategic cloud partner incentives are positioned accurately and used appropriately.
  4. Proactively engage with partner regional sales reps and partner regional sales leadership.
  5. Leverage regional-specific demand generation/pipeline building activities in coordination with the ClickHouse Sales team to drive net new pipeline
