This role is a Partner Development Representative for Amazon Web Services (AWS) in China, focusing on Global System Integrators (GSIs) and Large System Integrators (LSIs). The primary responsibilities include supporting partner managers, acting as a liaison between business development teams and partners, monitoring partner program applications, and handling daily partner operations. The role requires experience in business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management, with a focus on managing and growing partner relationships within the AWS ecosystem.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support GSI/LSP PDM to manage top partners as a secondary owner.
  2. Be the bridge and business advisor for both BD teams and partners.
  3. Monitor, track, analyze and audit partner program applications. Be the goalkeeper.
  4. Handle partner daily operation and review.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience in business development, partner development, sales or alliances management
  • Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal

  • 1+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
