Partner Development Representative focused on accelerating growth in the Hyperscaler Cloud business by developing and managing strategic relationships with regional stakeholders in EMEA. The role involves connecting Hyperscaler, sales, marketing, product, and field teams to drive partner-sourced pipeline, co-sell engagement, and revenue growth. Responsibilities include managing deal registrations, facilitating partner tagging for use cases, collaborating on lead qualification, and analyzing partner-sourced opportunities.

What you'd actually do

  1. Oversee and manage partner deal registrations, ensuring compliance with SLA guidelines.
  2. Facilitate partner tagging to approved use cases (both new and existing) to ensure accurate tracking of partner-influenced deals.
  3. Collaborate with AEs and sales teams to align on lead qualification and ensure deal progression.
  4. Track and analyze partner-sourced opportunities to measure impact and optimize partner-driven sales motions.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, partner management, or pipeline operations.
  • Understanding of the SaaS/Cloud ecosystem and familiarity with technology partner programs.
  • Highly organized and process-driven, with strong attention to detail for managing deal registrations and sales pipeline.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of working cross-functionally with partners, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the EMEA business landscape and ability to navigate cultural differences and regional market dynamics.
