This role is for a Partner Director at an applied AI lab building end-to-end software agents like Devin. The primary responsibility is to build and manage the company's partner ecosystem from scratch, including sourcing, recruiting, enabling, and activating partners to drive revenue. The role requires experience in partnerships, business development, or sales, and involves defining strategy, building programs, supporting deals, and working with engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams to accelerate growth and expand the reach of their AI platform.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build Cognition’s partner ecosystem from scratch, identifying and recruiting high-impact strategic, consulting, system integrators, and value added resellers.
  2. Develop and execute partner strategy across key segments (SIs, consultancies, and VARs)
  3. Own the full partner lifecycle — sourcing, vetting, onboarding, enablement, business planning, activation, and revenue generation
  4. Create joint go-to-market strategies and business plans with partners that drive pipeline and closed revenue
  5. Navigate complex partner organizations, aligning executives, practice leaders, and delivery teams

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, channel, business development, sales, or strategic alliances
  • strong understanding of the partner landscape
  • drive and grit required to build a revenue channel from zero in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
