Partner Director, Si Partnerships

This role focuses on building and scaling OpenAI's relationships with AWS-focused Systems Integrators (SIs) to drive the adoption and delivery of OpenAI-powered solutions. The Partner Director will lead co-sell engagements, enable SI teams, shape joint strategies, and accelerate customer outcomes through SI-led initiatives, ultimately contributing to revenue growth and ecosystem development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build trusted relationships with AWS practice leaders, alliance managers, cloud sales teams, architects, and delivery leadership across key SIs and consulting partners.
  2. Own the in-market operating relationship with AWS-focused SI partners across account mapping, joint pipeline development, opportunity coordination, and executive alignment.
  3. Drive partner enablement on OpenAI positioning, solution use cases, technical capabilities, qualification criteria, and customer engagement best practices.
  4. Partner closely with OpenAI Sales, Technical Success, and Product teams to support strategic enterprise opportunities involving SI-led transformation initiatives and AI deployments.
  5. Identify, shape, and accelerate qualified opportunities emerging from AWS SI partner ecosystems and joint customer accounts.
