Partner Enablement Architect

Cyera Cyera · Vertical AI · United States · Remote · Sales

This role focuses on designing and delivering enablement programs for partners in the AI security space. It involves creating courseware, delivering instructor-led training, and managing enablement programs to ensure partners can effectively understand and utilize Cyera's AI trust infrastructure. The role requires strong instructional design, facilitation, and project management skills, with a preference for experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, and AI risk.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design and develop scalable, modular enablement curricula for a variety of partner types — resellers, GSIs, and technology alliances — spanning onboarding, product knowledge, sales methodology, and technical competency.
  2. Build and maintain a portfolio of instructor-led training (ILT) courses in multiple formats: 1-hour sessions, full-day workshops, and multi-day bootcamps delivered both in person and virtually.
  3. Deliver engaging ILT sessions directly to partner audiences, across formats ranging from 1-hour product deep-dives and enablement webinars to 1-day workshops and 3-day partner bootcamps.
  4. Own the courseware lifecycle — updating materials in response to product releases, feature launches, and evolving competitive positioning, ensuring content is always accurate and market-relevant.
  5. Translate complex product and security concepts into clear, compelling learning experiences that are accessible to a range of partner personas, from technical practitioners to sales professionals.
