Partner Enablement Lead, System Integrators

This role focuses on building and scaling enablement programs for system integrators to help them build, sell, and deliver solutions using Claude. It involves defining strategy, creating content, and driving partner readiness and certification outcomes. While it works closely with Applied AI and Product teams, the core function is partner enablement and GTM strategy, not direct AI/ML development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and lead Anthropic's enablement strategy for the global system integrator ecosystem
  2. Serve as the enablement lead for a portfolio of strategic global SIs, accountable for practitioner readiness and certification outcomes
  3. Build and scale the SI enablement function, including team, operating model, and coverage approach across partner segments
  4. Design and operationalize repeatable programs across onboarding, technical workshops, train-the-trainer, hackathons, and product launches
  5. Develop partner learning pathways and certification delivery models that scale across large practitioner populations

  • 7-10+ years of Partner Enablement, Alliance or Sales experience
