What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute on an enablement strategy and product knowledge that takes partners from initial recruitment through "Tech Champion" status.
  2. Adapt internal trainings, enablement resources, sales plays, and technical enablement into bespoke partner content through a train-the trainer model in which the partner cascades content to other partners within their ecosystem.
  3. Ensure partners are experts in Okta onboarding, product sales and presales, service delivery and customer success training.
  4. Train partner to excel at self-service tools, including self-quoting (New, Upsell, and Renewals), lead management, and deal registration.
  5. Educate partners on partner program elements including licensing models, pricing strategies and incentives.
