This role is for a Partner Enablement Manager in Meta Reality Labs for the DACH region, focusing on channel marketing operations, budget management, customer acquisition, and strengthening relationships with retail partners to drive Meta hardware vision. The role involves developing and executing marketing programs, managing co-marketing budgets, overseeing brand assets, and influencing key business decisions. What you'd actually do

  1. Developing, building and executing marketing programs in partnership with internal Partner Enablement, Channel Services, Retail Creative and Marketing counterparts in order to achieve business goals
  2. Leading, applying and executing Meta RL Partner Enablement strategy directly with retail partners within agreed-upon budgets and key performance indicators
  3. Providing oversight and management of channel co-marketing and OPEX budget, focusing on performance and delivering against agreed upon metrics
  4. Coordinating and managing marketing brand assets and deliver on time to creative teams, while following-up and delivering to retail partners
  5. Taking a broad perspective while examining campaigns and projects; assessing problems & making decisions based on relevant information, including identifying and spotting less obvious solutions- creatively
