Meta Reality Labs is seeking an experienced Partner Enablement Manager for India retail to lead marketing operations, including budgets, experiential programs, customer acquisition, and retention. This role will drive the go-to-channel strategy with key retail partners to achieve business goals and strengthen relationships, ultimately supporting the Meta AI Glasses hardware vision.

What you'd actually do

  1. Developing, building and executing marketing programs in partnership with internal Partner Enablement, Channel Services, Retail Creative and Marketing counterparts in order to achieve business goals
  2. Leading, applying and executing Meta RL Partner Enablement strategy directly with retail partners within agreed-upon budgets and key performance indicators
  3. Providing oversight and management of channel co-marketing and OPEX budget, focusing on performance and delivering against agreed upon metrics
  4. Coordinating and managing marketing brand assets and deliver on time to creative teams, while following-up and delivering to retail partners
  5. Influencing key business decisions and outcomes within cross-functional and organizational settings
