Meta Reality Labs is seeking a Partner Enablement Manager for Mexico retail to manage marketing operations, drive go-to-channel strategy with retail partners, and strengthen relationships to promote Meta Wearables and VR hardware. The role requires analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and customer focus. Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing programs, managing co-marketing budgets, overseeing brand assets, and influencing business decisions. Qualifications include 7+ years of experience in Retail Partner Enablement, go-to-market strategy, online retail partnerships, and experience with AI tools for workflow optimization and ethical AI practices.

What you'd actually do

  1. Developing, building and executing marketing programs in partnership with internal Partner Enablement, Channel Services, Retail Creative and Marketing counterparts in order to achieve business goals
  2. Leading, applying and executing Meta RL Partner Enablement strategy directly with retail partners within agreed-upon budgets and key performance indicators
  3. Providing oversight and management of channel co-marketing and OPEX budget, focusing on performance and delivering against agreed upon metrics
  4. Coordinating and managing marketing brand assets and deliver on time to creative teams, while following-up and delivering to retail partners
  5. Taking a broad perspective while examining campaigns and projects; assessing problems & making decisions based on relevant information, including identifying and spotting less obvious solutions- creatively
