Partner Experience Specialist (us + Canada)

Verkada is seeking a Partner Experience Specialist to join their Partner Experience Team within the Sales Strategy and Operations organization. This role focuses on evaluating reseller partner applications, providing a quality onboarding experience, and ensuring partners are strategically aligned and technically enabled. The specialist will be the primary point of contact for new partners during their first 6-12 months, developing and conducting enablement sessions, and enforcing partnership agreements. The role requires a relationship-driven, engaging communicator with an analytical mindset, experience in sales operations or customer success, and proficiency in CRM workflows. French fluency is also required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Be Verkada’s point of contact for prospective reseller partners
  2. Identify best-fit partnership opportunities for Verkada through inbound applications
  3. Develop and conduct foundational partner enablement sessions
  4. Enforce partnership agreements
  5. Address Partner Questions, especially for our long tail of partnerships

  • Experience working with CRM workflows (preferably Salesforce)
  • Native or fluent in French
  • Must be willing and able to work onsite five days per week in San Mateo, CA
