Verkada is seeking a Partner Experience Specialist to join their Partner Experience Team within the Sales Strategy and Operations organization. This role focuses on evaluating reseller partner applications and providing a quality onboarding experience for partners in the Americas region. The specialist will be the primary point of contact for new partners, ensuring they are strategically aligned and technically enabled to serve customers. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, identifying best-fit partnerships, qualifying applications, developing enablement sessions, and enforcing partnership agreements. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, an engaging communicator, sales-aligned, and analytical, with 1-3 years of experience in Channel Enablement, Sales Ops, Customer Success, or Sales/Account Management.

What you'd actually do

  1. Be Verkada’s point of contact for prospective reseller partners
  2. Identify best-fit partnership opportunities for Verkada through inbound applications
  3. Develop and conduct foundational partner enablement sessions
  4. Enforce partnership agreements
  5. Address Partner Questions, especially for our long tail of partnerships
