Partner Experience Specialist (us + Latam)

This role is for a Partner Experience Specialist within the Sales Strategy and Operations (SOPS) organization at Verkada. The role focuses on evaluating reseller partner applications, onboarding them, and ensuring they are strategically aligned and technically enabled. It involves responding to inquiries, holding info sessions, qualifying and evaluating applications, completing documentation, developing and conducting enablement sessions, and enforcing partnership agreements. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, an engaging communicator, sales-aligned, analytical, and has 1-3 years of experience in related fields. Fluency in Spanish is required, and the role is onsite in San Mateo, CA.

What you'd actually do

  1. Be Verkada’s point of contact for prospective reseller partners
  2. Identify best-fit partnership opportunities for Verkada through inbound applications
  3. Develop and conduct foundational partner enablement sessions
  4. Enforce partnership agreements
  5. Address Partner Questions, especially for our long tail of partnerships
