Expedia Group is seeking an Associate Account Manager for Partner Growth & Agility to focus on Korean language markets in Malaysia. The role involves optimizing rate and availability competitiveness for accommodation partners on the Expedia platform to increase customer conversion. Responsibilities include securing lodging rates and availability, coordinating with account management teams, educating partners on Expedia Partner Central, re-engaging dormant partners, and identifying issues with automated shopping tools. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in hotel sales/revenue management, account management, or business development, native Korean proficiency, and business-level English.

What you'd actually do

  1. Optimize rate and availability competitiveness on the Expedia platform to increase customer conversion
  2. Secure additional lodging rates and availability information over high demand and compression periods to satisfy customers’ pressing needs
  3. Coordinate with other account management teams to secure an aligned and effective level of competitiveness across high-demand Asia Pacific markets
  4. Educate hotel partners on the self-service features available on Expedia Partner Central to make them independent in managing all the core aspects of our marketplace and make the mutual business more sustainable over the partners’ lifecycle
  5. Re-establish core fundamentals to re-engage with dormant hotel partners
