This role focuses on optimizing rate and availability competitiveness for accommodation partners in high-demand APAC markets to increase customer conversion. It involves phone-based outreach to existing partners, securing additional rates and availability, coordinating with account management teams, educating partners on self-service tools, re-engaging dormant partners, and identifying uncompetitiveness issues. The role requires native Mandarin proficiency and business-level English, with experience in hotel sales/revenue management, account management, or business development preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Optimize rate and availability competitiveness on the Expedia platform to increase customer conversion
  2. Secure additional lodging rates and availability information over high demand and compression periods to satisfy customers’ pressing needs
  3. Coordinate with other account management teams to secure an aligned and effective level of competitiveness across high-demand Asia Pacific markets
  4. Educate hotel partners on the self-service features available on Expedia Partner Central to make them independent in managing all the core aspects of our marketplace and make the mutual business more sustainable over the partners’ lifecycle
  5. Re-establish core fundamentals to re-engage with dormant hotel partners
