Vercel is seeking a Partner Lead for APAC to accelerate growth through technology and solution partners. This senior individual contributor role involves defining strategy, activating partners, generating pipeline, and working cross-functionally to establish Vercel as a strategic platform. The role requires building executive relationships, developing joint go-to-market plans, and collaborating on solution development, with a focus on Vercel's AI Cloud and frontend platform offerings.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and execute Vercel’s APAC partner strategy across Technology and Solution partners.
  2. Identify, recruit, and activate high-impact regional and global partners.
  3. Establish scalable engagement models that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
  4. Develop joint GTM plans with partners to generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
  5. Lead co-sell motions, account mapping, and opportunity acceleration in partnership with regional Sales leaders.

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years in business development, partner management, and/or sales roles at high growth tech company
  • Strong understanding of frontend technologies, cloud infrastructure, and AI development ecosystems.
  • Existing APAC partner network (agencies, GSIs, hyperscalers, technology partners) that you can activate.
  • Experience driving co-sell motions and working closely with regional sales teams.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
