What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with ad sales teams to develop and execute advertising strategies that deliver against Retail partners’ business objectives and growth targets.
  2. Build strong relationships with key marketing stakeholders, brand teams, and agency partners.
  3. Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client goals, identifying opportunities, and recommending data-driven advertising solutions.
  4. Manage the full campaign lifecycle, including campaign launches, optimisation, reporting, and performance reviews.
  5. Monitor campaign delivery and proactively resolve issues while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years’ experience within digital advertising, retail media, ad-tech, or enterprise account management.
  • Proven track record managing large enterprise advertising accounts and complex campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of performance and brand marketing channels, advertising solutions, and campaign measurement metrics.
  • Experience working with large advertisers, retail brands, and agency partners.
  • Strong analytical and data storytelling capabilities with the ability to influence stakeholders through insights.
  • Commercially driven with strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship management skills.
