What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with sales teams to develop and manage ad strategies that exceed CPG partners’ needs and quarterly growth goals.
  2. Build and nurture relationships with key marketing decision-makers, brand managers, and agency partners.
  3. Lead internal and external kickoff calls, manage creative best practices, and oversee the entire campaign lifecycle from launch to final reporting.
  4. Bring your "analytical A-game." Proactively monitor performance to pinpoint issues, solve complex executions, and deliver data-backed insights to drive upsells and increased investment.
  5. Use creative thinking to navigate difficult partner conversations and set clear expectations across all stakeholders.
