Deel is seeking a Partner Manager for LATAM to build and scale its partner ecosystem, focusing on professional services and strategic partners like financial institutions, fintech/crypto platforms, cloud providers, and talent partners. The role involves identifying, signing, and activating high-impact partnerships, managing executive relationships, developing joint go-to-market strategies, and driving revenue through partner channels. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in partnerships or business development, a strong track record of driving pipeline and revenue, and a deep understanding of the LATAM market.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify, source, and close new strategic partnerships across banks, fintech and crypto platforms, cloud providers, talent partners, and other ecosystem players, engaging senior stakeholders through signed agreements
  2. Lead partner onboarding, activation, and early-stage success to ensure strong launches and long-term viability
  3. Build and manage executive-level relationships with key partners in LATAM, positioning Deel as the preferred global hiring and payroll partner within their offerings
  4. Develop and execute joint business plans and go-to-market strategies with partners to drive mutual growth
  5. Own pipeline creation and revenue generation from partner channels, including co-selling and cross-selling opportunities

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel roles
  • Proven experience sourcing, negotiating, and closing new partnerships
  • Strong track record of driving pipeline and revenue through partners
  • Experience working with or selling into professional services ecosystems (e.g., financial institutions, fintech, crypto, cloud, HR/talent partners)
  • Ability to build and manage executive-level relationships
  • Strong understanding of the LATAM market and business landscape
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, or Portuguese
