Uber Poland is seeking a Partner Manager for its new Retail vertical. This role involves shaping and scaling the business through developing growth plans, managing key account relationships, performing data analysis and operational optimization, stakeholder collaboration, and leading marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in relevant fields, be autonomous, proactive, and possess strong problem-solving, relationship-building, and data-driven judgment skills. Fluency in English and Polish, and proficiency in Google Sheets and SQL are required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop plans in collaboration with your Retail accounts to grow their business through increasing same-location sales (i.e. marketing, SKU range, operating hours expansion), launching new locations (i.e. locations deployment, expansion support), experimenting with new business models (i.e. dark stores) or other ideas you come up with.
  2. Be the main point of contact at HQ level for your accounts. You will create long-term relationships with the key accounts, ultimately maximizing their financials, marketing efforts, engagement and satisfaction. You'll be a key influence in their delivery business.
  3. Quantify everything you do. Utilize data on decision-making to increase performance and act on identified issues to ensure you meet the objectives. Last but not least, be a master of process building.
  4. Collaborate closely with operations, marketing and business development to ensure the team is meeting the growth objectives. Be a strategic thought partner in regard to the growth of Retail partners.
  5. Build the category with the help of marketing initiatives in-store and digitally to make sure we educate our users into the Retail vertical.
