Partner Marketing Director

Salesforce is seeking a Partner Marketing Director to lead the planning and execution of marketing programs and campaigns to increase sales, pipeline, leads, and adoption through partner businesses. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and partner companies to drive business growth and market positioning within the Salesforce ecosystem. The position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, execution, and team management skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and business English proficiency.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the planning and execution of marketing programs to accelerate GTM with various partner companies (consulting partners, SI, resellers, technology partners) and grow the Salesforce partner ecosystem and business.
  2. Plan and execute scale programs to drive GTM/marketing in collaboration with diverse partner companies.
  3. Develop and deploy partner marketing programs in collaboration with global teams.
  4. Plan and execute events and campaigns to increase engagement with partner companies.
  5. Plan and manage marketing assets, resources, and communications to accelerate partner sales activities.

Skills

Required

  • 12+ years of business experience
  • 7+ years of SaaS/IT product marketing or partner business/sales experience
  • Leadership and cross-functional initiative leadership skills
  • Experience in planning and executing initiatives based on business strategy and goals
  • Team management experience
  • Data-driven analysis and decision-making skills
  • Business English proficiency
