This role is for a Strategic Partner Marketing Lead responsible for driving OpenAI's go-to-market strategy and marketing engagement with strategic partners. The focus is on building and scaling joint marketing initiatives to deepen partner relationships, accelerate customer adoption, and drive business impact. The role involves developing joint go-to-market strategies, creating partner narratives, launching co-marketing programs, and tracking program impact. It requires experience in partner marketing, product marketing, or GTM roles, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to operate in ambiguous environments.

What you'd actually do

  1. Developing and execute joint go-to-market strategies with strategic partners that drive awareness, customer adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.
  2. Building compelling partner narratives, messaging, and positioning for integrated solutions, joint value propositions, and shared customer outcomes.
  3. Launching and scaling co-marketing programs including campaigns, webinars, customer stories, executive events, thought leadership initiatives, and demand generation activities.
  4. Partnering closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Communications teams to ensure alignment across GTM priorities and execution.
  5. Enabling internal and partner-facing teams with messaging frameworks, partner collateral, customer proof points, and sales enablement materials.
