Affirm is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to drive merchant partnerships and customer acquisition in the UK. This role involves designing and executing co-marketing campaigns, building relationships with retail partners, and leveraging data for optimization. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in partner marketing, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of the British retail market.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design and deliver full-funnel co-marketing campaigns across categories and channels — from go-to-market strategy through to monthly planning and optimisation
  2. Build and nurture deep marketing relationships with merchant partners — be the trusted advisor they call first
  3. Deliver sharp analysis, insights, and reporting to internal and external stakeholders
  4. Be the merchant advocate inside Affirm — champion partner needs, drive process efficiencies, and share learnings

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years in Partner Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Brand Marketing in direct-to-consumer brands
  • Strategic marketing mindset
  • Full-funnel planning expertise with a strong command of paid media strategy, planning, and measurement
  • Relationship builder and skilled negotiator
  • Strong analytical mind - fluent in marketing metrics, performance reporting, data-driven optimisation, and campaign measurement frameworks
  • Proven experience co-developing plans and launching integrated programmes with partners across multiple channels
  • Track record of cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Analytics, Creative, Consumer Product Marketing, and agency partners
  • Deep understanding of the British retail market and its unique dynamics
  • Online retail marketing expertise
  • Experience writing creative briefs, testing creative approaches, and iterating based on insights
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a bias for action

Nice to have

  • Experience in home, consumer electronics, fashion, and/or travel verticals
  • Omnichannel retail expertise
  • European markets experience
