Partner Marketing Manager

The Partner Marketing Manager at Cognite will execute go-to-market efforts and accelerate revenue growth through strategic alliances and partnerships. This role involves developing and deploying marketing programs for partners (system integrators, technology partners, OEMs) to effectively position, sell, and implement Cognite's industrial AI and SaaS solutions. Responsibilities include creating partner-facing assets, managing co-marketing campaigns, driving demand generation, and tracking marketing performance and ROI.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with partners and Product Marketing to build and deliver a robust portfolio of partner-facing assets, including co-branded collateral, messaging guides, solution briefs, case studies, and digital campaign kits.
  2. Design, launch, and manage end-to-end joint marketing plans with prioritized partners to generate awareness, drive demand, and build a qualified sales pipeline.
  3. Execute joint webinars, digital campaigns, content syndication, and partner workshops.
  4. Track performance, analyze campaign data, and regularly report on KPIs and the ROI of partner marketing investments to internal leadership and partner stakeholders.
  5. Utilize and optimize partner relationship management (PRM) platforms, asset management systems, and joint lead tracking tools to ensure seamless lead routing and attribution.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or alliances marketing
  • Experience within an AI and/or B2B SaaS/enterprise software company
  • Strong understanding of different industrial partner ecosystems (GSIs, regional SIs, ISVs, and OEMs)
  • Proven track record of executing joint demand generation campaigns (digital, events, content) that resulted in measurable pipeline growth
  • Familiarity with Marketo, Salesforce, Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with external partner marketing contacts
